Building muscle mass can sometimes seem like a difficult thing to do. Especially when you’re not sure what you should be doing to pack on some muscle. So, what I’m going to do is share with you a few tips on how to build muscle mass.
That way, you will know how you can gain up to ten pounds of muscle within a month.
The tips on gaining muscle mass are:
1. The first thing you need to do in order to build muscles is do compound exercises. This includes doing bench presses, squats, and deadlifts. These exercises will help you add a lot of muscle. When doing compound exercises, do low reps. Perform 3 sets of 3. Or 5 sets of 5.
2. Another tip on how to build muscle mass is to eat a lot of protein. This is what will help you pack on a lot of muscle. You can get protein from lean meats and protein shakes. Some meats that are good for packing on muscle are lean beef (burgers and steak), chicken, turkey, and salmon.
3. The third thing you can do to build a lot of muscle is to only train 4 days a week. This helps you recover and rebuild muscles quickly. When training, you could workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This will allow you to workout hard and allow you to grow quickly without over training. And if you’re doing cardio, only do it two to three times a week for no longer than 30 minutes.
Doing too much cardio will burn the extra calories you need for muscle growth.
