How To Burn Fat and Build Muscle- Quick Ways To Pack On Muscles While Getting Ripped





Burning fat and building muscle can seem like a difficult thing to do.  Especially when you’re not sure what you should be doing to get ripped up.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips that will show you how to burn fat and build muscle.

That way, you’ll be able to gain lean muscles while getting ripped.

The tips that will help you are:

1.  The first thing you will need to do in order to burn bodyfat and gain lean muscle mass is do high volume training.  This is a training that has reps that are between 8 to 12.  And the sets are between 4 to 6.  Also, when doing this type of training, the time you rest between sets should be around one minute.

2.  Another tip on how to burn fat and build muscle is to eat frequently.  This helps feed your muscles the nutrients and protein it needs to grow.  And it also helps increase your metabolism, so that you burn fat throughout the day.  Try to eat every two to three hours.  Or at least six to eight meals a day.

3.  The third thing you can do to burn your bodyfat and gain lean muscle is limit your carbs late in the day.  This helps your body burn up the stored fat you have for energy, instead of relying on the carbs you intake later in the day.  If you consume too many carbs, especially after 5 pm, it could get stored as fat.
