One Year Locz and Body Building Intro






Its 2010 and everyone is tired of the same stuff. Well I’m not going to let you down I got ideas to share. I want to put my accomplishments out there step by step so that the body&loc community cann follow along and know that its possible to do anything that you just stick to. If you want to grow locz or Body Build this is the place especially if your trying to master both. As I find out new things or make mistakes I will let you know so that we all learn from each other. don’t just sit there let do it BIG this year and even BIGGER the next!!!!!!!!!!

works for everybody. as long as you get proper sleep and no midnight snacks unless it healthy like a glass of milk with a peace of jerky and also if you do any type of work like walkin the block a couple more times than usual, then all foods you consume head straight to repairing torn muscle, energy and healthier body fat.

Inquiry, When you consume more proteins and workout does it promote hair growth, or is this just for men?

yeah its a homemade also, later I get it done with real ink. Oh, and I’m not catholic I just belive in GOD period.
