Dairy is not good for you. Cows milk is for calf’s. Human milk is for a human baby. If you think that milk is good for you as an adult why don’t you ask your mother if you can suck on her breast for some milk. Sounds crazy doesn’t it? Is drinking cows milk any less crazy?

Says who? It’s only bad for your health when you overdo it, but then again, everything is bad for your health when you overdo it, even exercise. If you add two spoonfuls of milk into your coffee or eat one slice of cheese or one yogurt, it’s not going to kill you. If you’re worried about hormones etc., buy organic.

A human body needs carbs for energy, and dairy to get your calcium from. If you don’t get your energy from carbs, you’re risking muscle loss. A gram of carbs contains exactly the same amount of calories as a gram of protein. It’s healthier to eat whole wheat products and low fat dairy than no carbs or dairy at all.

to lose belly fat;
-don’t eat any bread, pasta and dairy
-increase overall activity level, do walking, stairs (if you’re overweight, probably not a good idea to run, you’ll get tendonitis)
-there’s no such thing as spot reducing, it does’nt work that way

Interesting since situps have been shown to be the least effective in actvating core musculature. Also, by going all the way up to a full sit position, stress is taken away from rec abdom and is distruibuted throughout skeletal system.
