Oh ok, mono did nothing for me but perhaps I should of been taking it right after my workout when my body could have absorbed it. But regardless I did not feel anything from it, diffrent people react diffrent. Ya I did gain weight. Maybe I should try that ethylester or something. IDK, perhaps later…doing fine right now without it.

take it in the morning if you’re not working out that day, but optimal use should be after a workout. Works well with a protein shake.

you don’t lose the muscle that you worked for, you just lose the “creatine muscle” You will still gain muscle naturally from the workouts, its just that the extra effect will go away

yo man, i just started taking creatine again for about a week and a half or something and i been working out with it even just pushups and dips and my chest has gotten much bigger already i cant really see in the arms but it makes you feel beast afterwards atleast it does me, i dont know if its how my body takes it or what but i take just a teaspoon a day and maybe take a break off of it for a day or 2 once in awhile, beast mode

potential is limitless, your body always uses creatine. dont waste your product on a loading phase its been show that it takes almost a month to fill your muscle creatine storage whether you mega dose or not. the average male uses 2.5g of creatine from storage a day supplementing with 5g pre workout and once on off days will work just as well as mega dosing.
so how long will it take for your muscle fibers to reach the potential the creatine did? and after you cycle it how long do you stay off it and the continue the cycle ?

well!! 15 is still too early. if u want eat red meat. it is rich in creatine. it will heal. u’ll get the boost which u need now.. if it doesnt work then go 4 creatine ethyl ester, its is perhaps the best available creatine available in market. it dissolved in body very easily. if needed why dont u consult a physician. he’ll help u understand it better, till then CHEERS
