True. I’ve been a trainer for 8 years, and that’s a pretty fair guideline. For those looking to save some money, ask your trainer for some sort of package program. It might look like the following:
goal evaluation
2 sessions with trainer
6 weeks of a workout program
nutrition guidelines
some gym ‘gift’ (water bottle, gym bag, etc)
If you listen carefully, and ask questions during your sessions, you’ll learn a lot, and probably save your self some money, and time.
this is really helpful
