For me its… Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. Its not cheap, but its a good deal. I like it because it has a fair amount of protein in it, it tastes good, and most importantly, its got Glutamine. U need Glutamine before and After ur workout, and so ON 100% whey is the best for me

These basic dumbbell routines are simple but effective.
what ever you do, Don’t over train the muscle groups in your arms.you should only train them 1-2 times per week. the rest is key with arm muscles baring in mind your nutrition is good and you have a constant protien intake. (every 2-3 hours)

If you want to get muscles and you have no weights. Then you need to watch some videos on isometric training or read some books. It can be done. Charles “Bronco” Bronson (British prisoner) is big and he doesn’t lift any weights.
Steroids might make you stronger but also UNHEALTHY. This guy just wanted to know how much working out is too much or too little, why do you have to make him feel bad for asking
or maybe he could take steriods and shrink his balls…in my opinion thats the fastest way
It is quite possible to work out too much or too little with both having the opposite effect of what you want, so a proven routine would help alot
