Great jump rope varieties! Good advice on drinks. I love lemon juice and stevia with water for a calorie-free drink when I want more than water. What calorie free drinks do you like? Always looking for new things.

@korvan6333 the “gym” body, are people who work out at a gym constantly, lifting and benching heavy weights and have big bulky muscle (the people you see with huge arms and chests.)
an “athlete” body is more lean and long.
you have to work at what you want your body to look like i.e im working for lean muscle so i go on runs, jump roping and i do not lift excessive weights compared to people who want big bulky muscle. good luck!
Destorm, you said the gym body looks different than the ‘athelete’ body. What do you mean exactly? Is the gym body more ’round’? I would like to choose, but I’m not exactly sure what you mean.
