i don’t think it’s possible to have 0% fat.. is it? lol.. anyway, i love how hard this girl works! i’m sure she hasn’t always looked this way. this takes a LOT to build up and maintain. i went from 270 to a current 180. and i know what work is to kick your butt and get in shape.. STILL GOING! THIS IS FOR LIFE! :0)

you only plateau when your body gets used to the moves you are doing. try mixing them up a bit and do them in a different order and add some new ones into the mix

Great workouts, my only complaint is that whoever is doing the camera work, should get more full body shots so we can see the full exercise more clearly, and longer..

first do a lot of cardio at least 20 min it can be either walking jogging, bike riding, swiming, etc, check out what has to be your heart rate when doing cardio and get a diet good for your body a neutrologist might help you

i went to the doctor and she told me if i did not loose 4 stone i would die i have lost 2 stone already but strugging with the other 2 stone any body any ideas

what would you suggest as a beginner workout . I have a lot of weight to lose but would like to strength train to acheive this.

it’s no diet though.. it’s just how i love to eat. i have type 2 but i am happy with how i have to eat. it makes me feel better than ever. it’s how we all should be eating anyway.. but i need to know how to lose FAT. FAT%.. i don’t have high like i used to. i went from a bmi of 47 to a current 31… i have a little further to go. but it’s been hard lately. plateaus SUCK! if you or anyone can give me some advice, it would be appreciated. :0)

i just wish i could see my “abs” moving like that.. lol. still have a lot of baby flab to lose. it’s been 18.5 months since i had my baby, but i hear it could take up to 2 years to get your belly back. BUT.. i was 270 and am now 185.. so i have a lot of flab that i have gotten rid of already. i know you can do all the crunches and things that you want, but that doesn’t really get good abs. just strengthens. anyone know how to get abs? is it low fat foods? i am doing diabetic diet.

when i see something like this, it makes me happy to know that i am doing the right thing.. i know you can’t really “make-up” moves.. but i experiment with them and end up doing things that i don’t know if they are right, until i see them on here.. and it looks like i am right. :0) thanks..
