As usual, great job! I always look forward to your videos.
You really should do a full length workout video. You’ve got a great attitude. It would be fun to go through a workout with you. Most of us guys would probably watch it just to see you, as well as for tips we might pick up.
I bought a workout video series from Muscle & Fitness, and it was full of ugly ol’ guys. I would be all over a video series starring you.
Are you natural based on just exercising and food or do you take any other additional supplements?
