arent u supposed to put ur feet together?

commenter

But when you do get used to it you feel like you could punch through a concrete wall.

commenter

for beginers, do it on fist first, then go to knuckles

commenter

i guess the diamond pushups are working more the triceps..aren’t they?

commenter

Actually makes it easier I find… the position is more natural. Only thing is it hurts your knuckles until you get used to it.

commenter

Do it on your knuckles, makes it alot harder.

Good video. Nothing really ‘military’ about it, that’s just how a pushup should be done unless you’re a girl.

Bring your hands close together so your thumbs/index fingers touch and form a diamond to work your bicepts, spread them apart to work your chest like he said.

commenter

That was quite informative i would say unlike your stupid comment.
