i suppose this can be considered as cardio exercise and good BW leg workout.
I wouldnt recommend this for overweighted people to include in their routine. You may seriously hurt your knees if you are over weighted i also think runnig, sprintig hurts knees. I again strongly recommend that if you are OW and just starting for this whole fitness thing you should walk at a brisk pace walking is a great way to do cardio and it is easy on joints. And the nutrition… is the key for getting in shape!!!
Nice. I like to change the height of the cubes I am jumping over for a more challenging work out.
