you stretched too much then, You must be careful to respect your body when you stretch. Also, you need a good warm up before not to get hurt.

i can do all the splits xcept 4 the middl;e
thatz 2 hard 4 me
the right leg and the left leg splitz r xtreamly easy 4 me
but i just cant seem 2 ge the middle split right

she’s straddling to get into the middle split. This stretch will eventually get your legs wide enough to where you can just lift us and roll into the splits from a wide straddle..
