well like she went to this dance group thing, & if anyone couldnt do the splits you had to put your hands on the wall & the woman would come and just push you down. 2 of my friends have had this done to them:/ & yeah they said it did hurt, i think its pretty harsh in a way:/xx

commenter

commenter

… thats it?

commenter

I’m the same way nowadays….but at 17 I could sit and reach 14 inches….I always played soccer….lots of hamstring stretching….!!! warm up and stretch…push hold and bare the pain!!!! don’t hurt yourself though!!!

commenter

That’s rather worrying. I stronly suggest you do atleast 5 minutes a day. At 17 you should be able to touch your toes with straight legs because you are naturally flexable when you are young.

I admit. I couldn’t so I worked a little towards building up my flexability. I am still not that great but I am at a comfortable level.

commenter

I have a BMI of 19 thank you very much, I’m just not the least bit flexible. But i guess my comment could be interpreted thus:P hehe:)

commenter

I really just want to learn to do a split….but…I would do her.
