theyre indian clubs so i think the squat would be base on the indain hindu squat witch u come on to ur toes and not the Olympic lifters squat plus its not as if the clubs weight as much as Olympic lifters bar + weights

I am a personal trainer and I’m saying your heels shouldn’t come up. Watch any video of “professional” Olympic lifters and see if they come up on their toes while squating. To go up on ones toes usually means 1) Lack of flexibility 2) Lack of strength.
