I know someone who uses these execises and she thinks anyone who uses a clubs that weight more than 6lbs is crazy … and this is someone who swings a 45lbs kettle ball in her kettle class

The real thing is Persian “Varzeshe Bastani” or “Varzeshe Pahlevani” it involves a number of execises, club swinging is one of them.

With clubs as light as he is using, you are absolutely right. However, I’ve seen heavier clubs (15-25lbs) used to create a high intensity workout.
