do those waist exercises work? because i’m a dancer who dances 4 days a week for at least 2-4 hours each day which is basically cardio and i would like a slimmer waist. so if i do these exercises along with my dancing, will i see a difference?

hey tanya, i have a question. How do you I lose 10 pounds? i tried everything, but the last 10 pounds just wont go away….the fat is just on my stomach, and arms. so how do i lose that?

@coll0275 do you know her? She seems like an enthusiastic and effective trainer. I’ve seen too many personal trainers just going through the motions.
