Well the way its said i ment i think i made it pretty obvious lol and she is american people in the uk say “herb” with the “h” amercans say “erb” hope that helped

Not sure if you, or anyone else has heard of the lecture ‘Sugar: The Bitter Truth’? If not I highly recommend watching it. It’s a bit long, 1h 40mins, but…, so informative & eye opening, I learned why a calorie isn’t a calorie.
