Getting Six Pack Abs – Is It Really Possible to Get Six Pack Abs or Is It a Myth?

I was always fascinated with those six pack abs advertisements shown on national TV. Male models displaying their flat abs made me feel so jealous of them. I have been trying for so long, but without much success to achieve a six pack abs goal up to now.

Thinking back now, I have come to the understanding that my six pack abs obsession was only after I have seen those TV ads with super models displaying their flat abs on screen. It was not really a goal that I wanted to achieve from within my heart. Just some body else’s goal being projected on to me.

In order to reduce stomach fat, the following tips have been very helpful to me.

Eat 6 Portions of Meals- Eating 5-6 small portions of meals per day is more beneficial to the customary 3 major meals a day. This gives your metabolism a boost and allows the body to increase the metabolic rate, thereby burning more fat than usual.

Stop Eating Junk Food- Most of the belly fat is undigested waste. Mostly accumulated from junk food. Choose whole meal carbohydrates, a lot of greens and fruits and avoid too much fat and junk food.

Drink Cold Water- Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. This helps maximize your metabolism. Drinking cold water helps to burn more fat in your body. The body needs to burn more fat to bring the water temperature to your body temperature.

Moderate Exercises- Swimming and brisk walking is considered ideal to lose belly fat fast. You do not need to do hard work outs to lose fat. Moderate exercises are ideal.
