Dont think that way, adapt these exercises to your physical strenght, even if you do less, at least you’ll do it, and with time, you’ll progress and you’ll get to his level

this is the great one cardio exercise to burn fat,
even you do many crunch if there still fat in you’re abs
you have no six pack abs,
should be done like jogging to breath deep like this one
every exercise bar 2 hits the core, the two being the lunge (though there is a certain amount of stability in this exercise to use the core, not enough to be classed as an actual core exercise though) and pull-up, but both are good allrounders that force your system to burn energy.

o yes it is, first off all exercices he does work the abs and seconds, to see your abs you need to get the fat off crunches will not do anyhting for this!

no one said 1 week…he said that after 4 weeks you can see some difference or well, a frame of those six packs, but certainly not something well defined. Unless someone’s body is building muscles very fast…I’ve seen cases…It is so weird
he is not getting old and he is not getting sloppy either, his only issue is that he is having a breath problem, he doesn’t know how his breath can benefit him. and instead of healthy deep breaths he is panting. He was practically battling for breath throughout the whole workout. The exercises are great though! Thanks so much for this great combination. I’ve tried it and I can certainly feel it

For the english twats on this page, they are called pullups. And for everyone who is criticizing Vince he’s actually doing more for the world than you are. He’s encouraging excercise and promoting health awareness. These exercises are not easy and he still has serious muscle definition. It’s great to see a guy in the middleweight class pushing himself on a daily basis. That’s how to keep your body alive. Not by protein shakes and 500 bench presses.
