u do each individual exercise 20 total reps (90sec rest after each 4-6), before switching to the next exercise? Or do you rotate & do all of them once before repeating?
I’ve been used to doing one muscle then working the opposing. good to switch it up i guess.

as for the form….front squats are hard man lol
the part near 6:10 I think you are doing front squad wrong, I can’t really see from here but you should look like sitting to a chair; keep your butt away from your chest ( as backwards as possible) and if you open your legs wider your shoulder your inner part of your legs will worker more (the fibers closer to your groin). Lastly for all exercises, inhale as you reach max of your motion and exhale as lower it, try not to hold your breath

sure you could do that. here’s the thing though if you follow a diet plan with high carbs and protein with low fat (generally speaking) and do a fuckload of weight and cardio training focusing on hypertrophy(8-10 reps) and muscular endurance(12-15 reps) you can totally bulk up and get cut up without splitting it into a ‘bulking up’ and ‘cutting’ phase. i dunno this is just what I’ve studied bro

dude.. I’m following vince’s program. And there is a Bulking phase, for natural bodybuilders at least.. once you obtained the mass you desired there’s ALways a cutting phase.. where you try to get rid the last percentages of fat, get real toned. because you have to absorb a surplus of calories you do gain a little weight, vince always had to cut down right before his competitions..

bulking up doesn’t have to be associated with gaining fat i mean look at the fuckin bodybuilders they’re massive and they have some of the lowest body fat % in the world
