<p>The 3 Lies Of Mass Building Exposed</p>
<p>Just before I get into the specifics, it&#8217;s important to realize that due to the nature of Article Writing these are just the main three points I am able to cover here.</p>

<p>Eating Too Much Protein</p>
<p>Yes, you did read that correctly!</p>
<p>Just as it is absolutely vital to get enough Protein in your system to supply the body with the branch chain Amino Acids it needs to be able to build muscle. It is also important not to overdo it.</p>
<p>I rarely meet any aspiring Bodybuilders who fail to get enough Protein, but there are plenty of dudes at the Gym who are taking too much.</p>
<p>Now, the common misconception around too much Protein is that the body will excrete what it doesn&#8217;t need.</p>
<p>Well, yes, this is true to an extent but you will also store excess Protein as bodyfat if it hasn&#8217;t been used for energy or muscle building.</p>
<p><strong>Take 1.5g protein per pound of Bodyweight </strong></p>
<p>Fat is Not Your Enemy</p>
<p>BAD Fat is your enemy.</p>
<p>In fact, when it comes down to it. The Ectomorphs especially and the younger guys need a tremendous amount of calories in order to supply the body with enough fuel to build muscle. Most people underestimate the amount of Calories that they need to consume in order to provide the body with the surplus it needs to grow.</p>
<p>If some of these calories come from fats – great!</p>
<p>Just make sure that they healthy Fats.</p>
<p>Non saturated Fats are actually good for you, playing a vital role maintaining healthy Brain, Eye and Lung functions amongst others.</p>
<p>Mass Building Means Going Wild</p>
<p>In a perfect world Mass Building would mean stuffing ourselves silly full of any type of food that we fancied day or night.</p>
<p>The truth is of course – that isn&#8217;t an option to the serious Bodybuilder.</p>
<p>However, we already spoke about the importance of consuming more calories than usual in order to grow muscle. The trick is to eat big, but never to go overboard.</p>
<p>Whilst a little Fat gain is acceptable – inevitable even when on a Mass Building cycle, you need to be stepping on those scales and monitoring yourself periodically.</p>
<p>The best thing to do is to get Tanita tested every 3-4 weeks when mass Building to keep a keen eye on your exact levels of Muscle Mass in relation to BodyFat percentage.</p>
<p>This service is available at most Gyms and even many Pharmacy&#8217;s.</p>

<p>When you are engaging in a bodybuilding exercise program, you also need to make sure that your shoulders are stable. If they\&#8217;re not, you could injure yourself. If you injure your shoulders, you could find yourself in pain because you did things wrong. <p>Another thing you\&#8217;ll need for proper bodybuilding exercise is core stability. Core stability helps protect your lower back by strengthening your core muscles. Doing things wrong could cause you a lifetime of lower back pain. Therefore, if you\&#8217;ve been engaging in bodybuilding workouts and you find you have lower back pain, stop.
