However, bear in mind that you should not just follow everything you hear from them, after all, everyone have a different disposition, your genes and body type should be taken into consideration for the most effective muscle workout routine to gain muscles. In this article I&#8217;m going to share with you some of my tips that I often tell others.</p>
<p>Like I&#8217;ve said before, do not just follow blindly. Try to incorporate some of these tips inside your muscle workout routines to have the maximum effect when performing muscle gaining exercises and the body that you&#8217;ve always wanted. Free weights are an incredible exercise routine that you should not do without in your workout routine. While strength machines have their advantages, they&#8217;re fixed and they will always work the same muscle group if you perform the same exercise at the same machine.</p>
<p>The point here is not to make you choose free weights over machine, instead you should view this as a how to incorporate free weights into your muscles workout routines. The advantage of free weights exercises is that it allows you to reach and strengthen more muscles group than a machine can possibly do. One of the worst advices you can hear is to exercise the same muscle group everyday, not only it does not help your muscle to grow; you&#8217;ll end up being a lot more injured and lose a lot more mass tissues than if you just left them alone.</p>
<p>Muscle tearing is part of your muscle gaining process, it happens when you exercise a muscle group. However, can you imagine the consequences if you just tear them down everyday without ever giving them a chance to recover? Mass muscles tissues loss is to be expected, therefore the best way to do so is not to work the same group everyday, instead allow a 2-3 days rest period while you start on your other groups.</p>
<p>Allow your body a chance to take over and repair while you sleep and rest. One simple way to do so is to exercise your whole body instead of just focusing at one specific area. From your chest to your shoulders, biceps to abs, your back to your legs, there are plenty of room to improve and to work on! Also, who says working out is boring and repetitive?</p>
<p>You can make a difference and make it fun for yourself! Find different exercise methods for each different area of your body and try them out, rotating them between sets and see how your muscles feel performing different method of exercise. Lastly, do not compromise your form for speed or simply for completion.</p>

<p>Exercise will make a world of difference in the quality of your life, however, exercise, like supplementation, is not meant to make up for neglect and abuse in other areas of your life.  A weight loss pill won’t make up for stuffing yourself silly at the Golden Arches and Chucky Cheese every day of the week, and exercise won’t make up for faulty nutrition practices either.</p>

<p>There’s an old Arab proverb that has the number 1 followed by a series or zeros, like this 1,000,000,000,000 etc The zeros represent all of the things in life like money, houses, clothes, your profession, friends, vacation, cars,  ad infinitum.  The one represents your health. </p>

<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The lesson learned is, what value does the one followed by all of the zeros represent once you take away the one?  Zero, zip, nada, nothing.  Without your health, your strength, your muscles, a set of six pack abs will all be worthless.</p>

<p>Dr. Mary McCreery, a Consultant Clinical Nutritionist to both the Irish Olympic Team and the Irish Rugby Team writes:</p>

<p>Many people erroneously follow dangerous nutritional habits like eating twice the amount of protein they actually need, or overemphasizing one macronutrient over another, usually protein rich foods like meats.  Others eat unhealthy sources of macronutrient rich foods, like fatty and cholesterol laden cuts of red meat for protein as opposed to the leaner cuts, or highly refined carbs, like white flour.  Some barely eat vegetables because “there’s no room left” once they eat the other foods on their plate.  And most haven’t a clue as to how much fibre they should be getting in a day, let alone make the effort to actual consume that amount.</p>

<p>What one has to keep in mind is that all the muscles in the world do you no good if only one of your organs fail.  Keep this in mind, and make sure you’re eating in a manner that ensures you’re a complete strongman or strongwoman, not simply someone who has one piece of the puzzle.</p>

<p>Keep your macro nutrient intake at healthy levels.  Strength trainers need between 0.7 gram to a high of 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to support muscle growth.  Numerous studies haven’t shown any benefit from consuming more than that amount.</p>

<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Also, focus on getting 35 grams of fibre spread out over your meals for the day.  Eating unprocessed fruits and veggies will help you meet this goal.  Using a supplement like ground flax seed is also a great way to boost your fiber intake.</p>
