<p><strong>Giving up exercise isn&#8217;t an answer either&#8230;</strong><br /> That leaves us with no option but to get involved. And how do we get involved? Simple, just by finding an interesting activity, something that sounds play and not work. Confused still? Here&#8217;s some good news; your sunsigns can give you some helpful hints.</p>
<p><strong>Aquarius :</strong> Tennis, basketball, trekking may sound interesting for them; the secret is that these people cannot work alone and love to have lot of people around, at least most of the time.</p>
<p>Another major need for Aquarians is to improve their circulation. So ideally they should pursue activities like running, swimming, dancing etc which strengthen their breathing capacities. And more&#8230;they get the desired results like excellent metabolism, raised immunity levels, glowing looks etc.</p>
<p>One warning though; these people are never happy settling down to routine. So even at a gym they have to be doing different kinds of exercises on different days to keep their motivation levels high.</p>
<p><strong>Pisces :</strong> The fitness fight is a difficult one for Pisceans since they love to eat. It would be better if they keep away from pessimistic friends as they absorb the negativity a bit too fast and give up. One consolation though, Pisceans are excellent visualisers and they could motivate themselves towards greater fitness using this skill.</p>
<p>Since this is the sign of the fish, majority take to water activities swimming, surfing, rowing with great delight. Others would at least love to run by the beach. <p>Though the gym is not the right place for them, Pisceans could be inspired by some great music and well designed exercise clothes. Even the promise of a relaxing sauna bath or a shower would motivate them to spend some more time at the treadmill. Dance being a great passion, step aerobics, aerobic dancing or even an evening at the disc will easily receive a &#8220;Let&#8217;s Go&#8221; from them.</p>
<p><strong>Aries :</strong> These people love to get over things fast and also get immediate results. Unfortunately exercise doesn&#8217;t happen that way. Human body has got its limitations just like anything else. One advantage for these people is that they are always on the move and therefore do not put on weight easily.</p>
<p>Arians would do better by exploiting their strength, endurance, confidence and drive in tough activities like martial arts, wind surfing, football, basketball, gymnastics, boxing, skipping etc. Iron being their metal, even weight lifting would suit fine for them. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>              Workouts at gym facilities should be fun! You are not required to perform every possible exercise available at your health club or gym. Plan to focus on completing one well-executed exercise for each muscle group.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s take a look at each of the major muscle groups and one of the workouts. Gym equipment is different at each facility. But certainly you can find appropriate equipment at your gym to perform at least one appropriate exercise for each group. NOTE: If your gym does not have at least one machine to exercise each of the following muscle groups, you probably need to a find a better-equipped gym.</p>
<p>::: Abdominals ::: Practice your best posture when using an ab machine. Keep your abs tight, your neck straight, and your chest up. Focus on your abs as you crunch up and forward. Do not use your arms. The motion is not a sit up &#8230; it&#8217;s an ab crunch. Keep your lower back flat on the machine. Slowly lower the weight almost to the end, then reverse and slowly return to your beginning position.</p>
<p>::: Triceps ::: When you use the tricep machine (excellent for non gym workouts), you will again need to use correct posture while keeping your back pressed against the machine. Keep your abs tight, your chest up, and elbows in. Slowly lower the weight, making sure to keep your elbows in. Right before you straighten your elbows, gently stop and move the weight back up. When your elbows reach a 90 degree position, gently stop and move the weight back down.</p>
<p>::: Biceps ::: Sit upright on the biceps machine and keep your back pressed against the back pad. Keep your abs tight, your chest up, and elbows in. Anchor your elbows in one position on the pad. Focus on your biceps as you lift the weight straight up. Slowly lift the weight to a 90 degree angle then carefully lower it back down and stop when your elbows are straight, then lift the weight back up to a 90 degree angle.</p>
<p>::: Forearms :: You can use a resistance band hammer curl to work your forearms even in home gym workouts. Your feet and your grip should both be approximately the width of your shoulders. Keep your abs tight, your chest up, and knees bent. Keep your elbows in a stable position next to your sides. Your thumbs should be pointed forward as you lift the weight straight up. Slowly lift the weight to a 90 degree angle then carefully lower it back down and stop when your elbows are straight, then lift the weight back up to a 90 degree angle.</p>
<p>::: Shoulders ::: While sitting on a shoulder press, press your back against the back pad. Always try to keep your abs tight while bending your knees and relaxing your chest. Focus on your shoulders as you push the weight up. Slowly push up until your elbows are almost straight, then slowly reverse the motion. As soon as your elbows are in line with your shoulders, slowly reverse the motion and push the weight back up.</p>
<p>::: Chest ::: Using a chest press machine, press your back against the back pad. Always keep your abs tight and keep your shoulders down while keeping your chest up. Focus on bringing your elbows together while you push the weight out. Push out until your elbows are almost straight, then slowly reverse. When your elbows are in line with your shoulders, slowly reverse the motion and push the weight back up.</p>
<p>::: Legs ::: While sitting on a leg press machine, press your back against the back pad. . Always try to keep your abs tight while bending your knees and relaxing your chest. As you lower the weight, make sure your knees do not move above your toes. You will need to keep your hips back in order to accomplish this. Done properly, you should feel the weight between your hips and your knees. After you become comfortable, push the weight up. Right before your knees are straight, slowly reverse the motion.</p>
<p>::: Back ::: The latest workouts in gyms feature rowing machines. Try to focus on maintaining the natural arch in your back while you are seated on the rowing machine. Keep your abs tight, your chest up, and shoulders back. Bring your shoulder blades together as you pull the weight back. Pull until your elbows are in a straight line with your shoulders, then slowly reverse. Right before your elbows are straight, slowly reverse the motion.</p>
<p>Simply focus on completing one well-executed exercise for each muscle group &#8230;.. and keep your abs tight! Sometimes it helps to watch people performing an exercise so you can visualize the correct way to perform it. Take a look at these workouts gym videos &#8230;.. </p>

Those who wish to build muscle mass are often curious as to exactly when they should consume meals, especially in relation to the weight training workout itself, with some aiming to ingest a complete meal prior to performing a workout, and others avoiding food before a grueling weight lifting session, with the feeling that more fat burning will occur when food is restricted prior to an exercise period.</p>
<p>Obviously, these wide range of opinions creates much frustration for the bodybuilder who is seeking maximum muscle building results, but there is a clear answer in regards to eating food prior to weight lifting, in that doing so is extremely beneficial for muscle gain. In fact, intensity must remain extremely high for a workout to be effective in boosting muscle mass, and this becomes difficult if not impossible for most when attempting to perform a weight lifting session on an empty stomach. For those who decide to engage in an early morning workout, this becomes especially problematic, as energy levels are low due to the evening fast, and although performing a weight training workout in such a scenario will certainly prove possible, intensity will suffer greatly, which leads to lackluster muscle building results.</p>
<p>The best method is to fuel the body with a properly balanced protein and carbohydrate meal prior to a weight lifting session, as protein is always used by the body for recovery and to build new muscle mass, while carbohydrates are the chosen fuel for intense workout periods, and designing a meal with sufficient carbohydrates preceding a weight lifting workout will allow energy levels to provide dramatic intensity, propelling muscle gains to new heights. Some tend to experience feelings of illness when consuming a meal in proximity to a weight lifting session, but this does not necessitate performing a workout on an empty stomach, as the time between the workout meal and training can extend to the minimum necessary for a bodybuilder to train without experiencing feelings of nausea, which will greatly enhance results.</p>
<p>There are bodybuilders who have no choice but to perform their weight training sessions prior to work, otherwise they will either not have the time for a workout, or are likely to become busy later in the day and neglect their weight lifting obligations, therefore, in such circumstances, it&#8217;s far better to perform a workout in the morning without the benefit of a meal preceding such a session than to become inconsistent, but if there is any possible way to consume a meal at least 30 minutes before a weight lifting workout (60-90 minutes is preferred), then doing so will greatly assist in improving long term muscle gains.</p>
<p>Weight lifting is not the most enjoyable activity, but the results achieved when following a potent routine are motivational, and worth the effort, but many experience a feeling of negativity towards their workouts that eventually promotes inconsistency specifically due to improper nutrition, as the absence of an energizing meal prior to a weight lifting session can sap all desire to train. Even those who seek fat loss benefit from consuming food before their workout, as a properly structured meal will not interfere with fat reduction, and in fact, withholding food can slow metabolism and result in muscle loss, which harms physical appearance, and will adversely impact the overall speed of fat loss. Since many are following incorrect muscle building or fat reduction diet advice found in magazines or on popular Internet fitness sites, they become convinced that certain techniques, such as skipping food before a weight lifting workout, is beneficial to long term results, when in fact, such tactics are the very reason why numerous bodybuilders gain muscle mass at a slower than expected pace, and those seeking fat loss burn muscle mass at an alarming rate, or find that fat reduction is far less impressive and dramatic than the initial expectations.</p>
<p>Do not allow hunger to become the barometer for whether you consume food prior to a weight lifting session, as even those with small appetites are in need of nutrition before their workout, and there are a wide range of convenient, quick to prepare, and easy to consume protein and carbohydrate solutions that will make a meal prior to weight lifting enjoyable to consume, and very easy to digest.</p>
