And I don&#8217;t think I need to elaborate much on the other factor that drives skinny youngsters to hit the gym regularly and stick to their fitness exercise program. Attention from the young ladies is indeed a very powerful inspiration. However, teens might adopt a fitness exercise program for all the wrong reasons but some good things definitely come out of the whole process. Bodybuilding promotes good dietary habits, discipline and work ethics. However as the fitness community becomes more and more clouded by commercials, teens are in danger in one way or another and they need reliable tips about how to choose their best fitness exercise program among other health considerations.</p>
<p>1. First and foremost, do not go for a fitness exercise program that includes the use of steroids. 5. Drink water in ounces equal to 60% of your body weight in pounds. (E.g. 180 pounds: 108 oz. per day, or 3.2 liters)</p>

These are all widely accepted fundamentals of a proper bodybuilding diet plan, so keep them all in mind when planning your meals. It can get really tough to find the time to meet all of these criterion properly, and follow the plan to perfection, but luckily there are pre-made meal plans you can tailor to your specific needs. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Many professional bodybuilders have come up with bodybuilding diet meal plans, but very few have done so for every level of caloric intake. So, you need to first figure out how many calories you&#8217;re going to consume, then work with a diet plan that will work well for your level. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Typical sample bodybuilding diet plans look something like this:</p>

Meal 1: (Pre-workout): 6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal<br />&#13;<br />
Meal 2: (Breakfast): Meal replacement bar/shake, high in protein and flaxseed oil<br />&#13;<br />
Meal 3: (Mid-morning):  8 oz. lean meat, 2 cups green vegetables, 1 cup brown rice<br />&#13;<br />

This type of bodybuilding diet meal plan will greatly increase your muscle gains, but it is difficult to tell how much of each item is right for your caloric intake. It is also hard to know what you can substitute when you&#8217;re bored of this regimen after a couple weeks of eating the exact same things every day.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Thankfully, there are some programs that provide detailed meal plans that stick to rock-solid diets like the one above, but allow you to mix up the meals as you see fit throughout each phase of your workout plan, all suited to your level. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It is an excellent idea to start by eliminating bad fats and processed sugars from your diet if you have not already. Do not try to jump into your new bodybuilding diet meal plan right away, either. It will take some getting used to, but by steadily building up to your perfect meal plan, and following the system, you&#8217;ll get ripped and stay that way! </p>

If that&#8217;s the case, you&#8217;re definitely not the only one.  Sure the desire to get six pack abs is nearly universal at this point, it&#8217;s true that most people just don&#8217;t have a clue when it comes to designing an effective abdominal training routine.</p>
<p>Below I&#8217;ve put together abdominal workout programs that target each of the muscle groups in your abdominal area, ensuring that you&#8217;ll actually move closer to getting those six pack abs you&#8217;ve always envied.</p>
<p>Before I list the good ab workouts, it&#8217;s critical that you figure out right up front that it just doesn&#8217;t matter how you train your abdominal region, if you&#8217;re not going to pay attention to what you eat.  Sure you actually do need to make time for some abdominal training routines in order to build up your abdominal region, you&#8217;re just not going to be able to see them until you strip away the body fat that&#8217;s covering them up in the first place! The only way to make this happen is to make a plan to strip off fat all over your body.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re ready to strip off fat, you&#8217;re going to have to pay close attention to what you&#8217;re taking in every day as well as performing fat burning workouts that target the stronger muscle groups on your body. So definitely be prepared to mix up your diet a bit and commit to working on the big muscle groups on your body like your; legs, back, chest, shoulders etc. Focusing your workouts on the most powerful muscle groups burns more calories witch in turn allows you to cut off more body fat. And the more body fat you can melt off, the more impressive your abdominals will be!</p>
<p><strong>Some Good Ab Workouts</strong></p>
<p>I really think that the abdominal workout programs listed below are all you really need in order to carve out ripped abs. If you focus most of your efforts on your diet and hard and heavy workouts and you also make it a priority to mix in a few effective abdominal workouts each week, you definitely will start to expose your abs and achieve your goal of a leaner and firmer waistline. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t try and work your abs each day of the week! Not only is it a waste of your time, but you&#8217;ll be negatively impacting the amount of body fat you&#8217;re able to burn – instead of focusing on the bigger muscles in your body, you&#8217;ll be performing exercises that don&#8217;t require anywhere near as much energy to complete.</p>
<p>Ab Workout #1</p>
<p>Hanging Knee Raises – 3 sets x 8-12 reps<br />Saxon Side Bends – 3 Sets x  8-12 reps<br />Weighted Crunches – 3 Sets x 8-12 reps</p>
<p>Abs Workout #2</p>
<p>Incline Hip Thrusts &#8211; 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions<br />Medicine Ball Russian Twists – 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions<br />Exercise Ball Crunches – 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions</p>
<p>Try to perform each of these exercises with heavy enough weight to give your abdominals a reason to grow! Rest for 1 – 2 minutes between sets and try to mentally focus on making sure the muscle contracts during each repetition. Perform each rep in complete control over the weight – do not use training weights that are too heavy or use sub par form or you&#8217;ll eventually hurting your abdominal muscles.</p>
<p>There you have it…a few good ab workouts that are effective and simple. Pick one of them and run through it in the beginning of the week, then move on to the next ab workout after a few days of rest. Stick with the six pack abdominal training tips above, (and make sure not to go crazy and work your mid section each and every day!) and over time, you will be able to carve out an eye catching mid section.</p>

Then there are those that boast of energy formulas, stress formulas, women’s formulas and men’s formulas. As if that’s not confusing enough, each of these have several different brands and manufacturers. We wouldn’t blame consumers if they really don’t know what they’re buying, as anyone would get tired just thinking about all the other options infinitely possible. Because of this, people often spend more than the needed amount on supplements that are not actually right for their body’s needs. The good news is that, you can buy supplements without ending up broke. Here are a few words of counsel.&#13;</p>

<p>• Think before buying that all-new popularly-advertised pill. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>That new product of so and so company claims to make you more energetic, sexier, younger, and more this and that. Don’t get sucked in. Most supplement labels actually promise more than they can really give. Yes, vitamins play a role in complex biochemical processes that keep your body functioning well and keep those stress levels at bay. But they cannot do all that they claim when taken alone. They don’t reduce stress or increase your immunity or keep you safe from disease only by themselves. Some of them can help in certain conditions, but those that claim to give you all of the good stuff, like energy, complete protection from illness, youth and beauty, would seem too good to be true. And, truth be told, they most probably are. </p>

<p>• Look for that best before date. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Vitamins that have an expiration date on them imply that the manufacturer or packager understands that vitamins are to be consumed within a certain time. They are still products that have a limited time before they become ineffective or useless. Common sense will tell you to stay away from vitamins that have gone past their expiration date. They have most likely been in their containers for far too long and may not work the proper way. </p>

<p>• Keep those supplements out of your kids’ hands </p>

<p>Some vitamin or mineral supplements that may be left lying around can pose much more danger to your child than you think it can. Supplements like iron, in particular, are safe for most adults at the right amounts. But for children, just a few tablets can cause harm and possibly even death. Every year, more than a thousand children accidentally ingest large amounts of iron supplements, which cause severe damage and even death. Don’t be careless with where you place your vitamins. Don’t leave them anywhere your child can reach. </p>

<p>• Don’t pay attention to brand names. </p>

<p>Most vitamins are actually produced by only a few manufacturers. The other drug companies then source their products from these manufacturers, then package, label and advertise them as their own. <p>Beta-carotene from the food we eat is transformed into Vitamin A inside the body. Taking in beta-carotene is pretty much the same as taking in Vitamin A. The difference is that, Vitamin A is toxic in very high doses, especially when taken for long periods of time. Beta-carotene, however, is safe in any dose. Make sure that you check the labels to see the amount of Vitamin A you’re getting. Think twice before buying those that contain vitamin A with beta-carotene, as you may be receiving more than the usual vitamin A dose. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>• Eat right first, then supplement. </p>

<p>Vitamins and other supplements are not substitutes for food. They cannot meet all of your nutritional needs, and will not do much for you if you constantly do not eat the right foods. </p>

<p>They are called supplements for the same reason that the word implies-they are just there to improve your intake of vitamins from foods, not completely replace it. Eat the right amount of fruits and vegetables whenever you can. Then, after doing your part, take those supplements for added health assurance. </p>

<p>• Your insurance formula may still not give you complete assurance, so supplement more. </p>

<p>That insurance formula you are taking may not be enough for your individual requirements. Different factors may predispose certain people to certain diseases. Genetics, for example, can make you more prone to acquiring conditions like heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Because of this, different people may need different amounts of supplements. A higher intake of antioxidants can help save you from cancer later on. Aside from that, some minerals are required in very high amounts that they are not be able to fit into just one pill. Folic acid, for example, is required for women of childbearing age to rule out neural tube defects, but standard insurance formulas may not contain that much. These supplements may also contain iron, magnesium and calcium but only have amounts below the required doses.</p>
