@T4NKD13S3L every time u work out you aren’t using just one body part, you are always stregnthening your grip with other exercises. Common sense.
@FatFadi thatS my point. You can’t. So if u use them for everything else then when you can’t use them ur shit is gonna fail.

there are other exercises for grip/forarms… u shouldnt rely on other workouts for a strong grip i personally dont use straps but they r good for overloading the muscle past exhaustion
yeah but as soon as you rely on your straps you lose all your grip. it doesnt matter for him because he’s roided out so anything he does is gonna put size on him as long as he eats, but for all you naturals out there only use the straps as a last resort and build that grip or you’ll be screwed. you cant use straps on dumbell chest presses so if you dont have that grip then you shit is gonna fail
