um wouldn’t both muscle training and cardio help lose weight then?
cardio will burn calories but it’s just like eating less. Once you eat, or aren’t doing cardio religiously you will gain all your weight back (if not more). You need to do muscle training in order to boost your metabolism and keep the weight off for a long period of time.
U cant lose weight doing this…U have to do cardio to lose weight.
