This is all core strength training eh, one really intense one if laid flat on stomach holding with hands together, legs crossed (hard to explain)

as an athlete…he is doing it wrong…dont put your hands under your but..that makes the exercise easier…keep straight down alongside your hips…thats how your suppose to do the drill
