i have tremendous respect for Dave Whitley. I hope i am not being disrespectful by asking this. Why is it that despite all his kettlebell knowledge, strength and ability, he still looks rather ‘large’ around the torso region? No doubt he has strength that i will never attain, but with all the talk about kettlebells being the perfect functional tool to burn fat and tone up with, Dave Whitley doesnt really seem to fit the bill, know what i mean?

You’re limited by your imagination, that’s true, but you’re also limited by your hand size – not a lot of people could get their hand around two kettlebells. I’m a big guy and I can barely get my hand around two kettlebells.

Like Joe I was wondering if you always do kettlebells as a circuit. It seems like it’s only right to do so because any other way and you might as well stick to the regular dumbbells. Holding 2 in one hand is a great way to increase weight but I’d be scared to drop one on my foot or something.
