I don’t know but I heard from multiple sources that lifting it slowly will build up size but if you want power you have to do the lift as fast as possible while keeping control, don’t know if its true but it makes sense to me, any arguments?

I doubt anyone could comprehend how dedicated Chris long is to his craft.
I know of no one who in high school and college during off season, spent their Friday nights at the gym, but only after the gym was closed…he is that focused.
Extremely high energydamn near needs ritalin.LOL, I can’t remember when the last time I have ever known or met a young kid from a affluent family so humble
Kind, funny and a bit shy. This guy is without question will succeed in all he endeavors

Jealous or are you simply ignorant?

A ton of people were on financial aid, and people worked hard. There are a few people who were there for the partying, and there is still many people who can’t go to Stab and want the higher education, but that comes with the territory. Chris put in a ton of work, and got huge results for his life. Vic Hall is doing the same thing with his career.

Oh yeah? People said he wouldn’t be anything coming out of STAB. He showed them wrong.

He possesses good moves, he is smart, has a great work ethic, and has a hec of a motor. He’ll work out the kinks and be great.

ps the very first tip this guy gives is horrible. NEVER do a 30 minute cardio session BEFORE weights. Why would you wanna deplete energy and glycogen stores on cardio prior to weights? thats right you dont. do cardio either on an empty stomach or AFTER a weight training session.

not to mention, you still wouldnt consider jared fogle to be anything that you would wanna aspire to be, unless of course you are 500 lbs yourself. My point being he isnt exactly the guy on the cover of a fitness/muscle magazine etc.

yup!

Thye seemed like it to me. Naturally, those two got a lot of attention all around C-Ville, though, so you can understand how they might sometimes just want to get on with their day. Still, they never seemed to be the A-holeish types, by any means.

Were they nice people?
